Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and update all documentation related to tooling processes, quality standards, and systems in compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 13485.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to optimize tooling designs and processes for stamping applications.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members in tool and die design, fabrication, and maintenance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in tooling processes.
- Lead projects aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing waste, and improving product quality.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Precision Engineering or a related field.
- Technical qualification in Tool and Die making.
- Extensive experience in the stamping industry, preferably with a focus on tools and die.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 13485).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
