Job Responsibilities:
- Perform day to day HR & Administration functions.
- Maintain and update employees’ records in HRIS system and related portals.
- Able to draft HR related letters and notices and communicate well with staff and related government agencies.
- Perform MOM work permit/pass applications, renewal, and cancellation.
- Update Residential address in OFWAS and dormitory management for foreign workers
- Manage staff attendance, leave administration, computation, and calculation of Overtime claims.
- Training registration and maintain a proper training records.
- Involve in ISO related audit matters as and when required.
- Assist in staff engagement and survey.
- Assist in staff disciplinary and grievances related issues.
- Facility Maintenance (e.g. Lift renewals, Copier machine, fire safety equipment, etc)
- Replenish for Company uniform, office stationery, name card and etc
- Assist in staff recruitment via various means to meet the company manpower needs.
- Familiar with recruitment requirements, able to identify potential candidates, conduct selection, interviews, job offer and signing of employment contract.
- Assist in HR & Admin duties, including on boarding process, exit clearance, staff relation management, group insurance, work injury reporting, staff claims and travel arrangement, etc.
- Assist in employees’ welfare and benefits,organize company events and activities for employees.
- Any other HR & administration tasks
Job Requirements:
- At least Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of working in HR, with focus on HR administration
- Basic knowledge of local Employment laws and MOM regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Adaptable to fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency in using software applications (e.g, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
