Job Summary:
Working location: West
Working days & hrs: Mon – Fri, 830am - 530pm
Salary Range: up to S$ 4,000++ (dep on exp) + AWS + VB
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee daily transport operations, including route planning, bus scheduling, and driver management to ensure timely and safe student transportation & subcon payments
- Lead and mentor a team of Customer Service & Operations staff, providing training and performance evaluations to enhance service quality.
- Ensure all vehicles are maintained to safety standards, conducting regular inspections and coordinating maintenance schedules.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for school administration regarding transport issues or emergencies.
- Address and resolve operational challenges promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to service.
- Maintain accurate records of transport activities, including incident reports, maintenance logs, and performance metrics.
- Work closely & foster good working relationship with school counterpart and Core Team to align transport services with goals and regulations.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.
