Working Day and Timing:
☀️8am to 5pm Mon to fri X1
☀️830 to 530pm mon-thurs & 830 -630pm friday x1
Salary:
$2000
Job scope:
1. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, chat, or social media.
2. Provide product/service information, solutions, and support.
3. Resolve issues promptly, efficiently, and professionally.
4. Maintain accurate customer records and interaction history.
5. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and first-response resolution targets.

JOB 2 - LOGISTIC ASSISTANT
Working Day and Time: Monday-Friday , 7.30am-4.30pm
Salary: 10/hr,ot 1.5x & 2.0
Jos scope: picking, packing, sorting, inbound and outbound(contact lens)
Job Requirement: good eyesight that can see small items
