We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating project schedules following the awarding of contracts. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in project execution, a good understanding of furniture and carpentry work, and proficiency in design software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of work after projects are awarded, ensuring timely execution and adherence to project timelines.
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish.
- Utilize AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray to create and modify project designs and presentations.
- Prepare project documentation and reports, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide support in the selection and procurement of materials related to furniture and carpentry work.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in project execution or a related field.
- Work experience in planning work schedules after projects are awarded.
- Good knowledge of furniture and carpentry work is an advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
