Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing hot meals and dishes according to the menu
- Work with the head chef to ensure timely and accurate meal preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, following health and safety regulations.
- Support with general kitchen duties, including food prep and cleaning.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a hot kitchen, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with cooking techniques and food safety regulations.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
