Job description and responsibilities
- Responsible for on-site production scheduling and allocation of personnel and labor, arranging materials and mechanical equipment for each phase, directing and organizing solutions to various on-site issues, and handling emergencies and labor disputes at the construction site.
- Responsible for organizing project cost accounting, including the accounting of raw materials, machinery costs, labor costs, management fees, energy costs, and other expenses, to implement project cost management and ensure the achievement of the company’s planned profits.
- Responsible for organizing monthly project volume statistics and accounting, as well as reviewing and supervising employee attendance and worker payroll statements.
- Responsible for organizing the preparation of construction organization designs, progress plans, safety technical measures, etc., primarily focusing on controlling the overall project timeline.
- Chair daily project production meetings, confirm the day's production status, promptly solve related issues, and plan the next day's production.
- Responsible for coordinating the working relationships with company functional departments, subcontractors, material suppliers, etc.
- Organize the application, development, and summary of new technologies, new processes, new materials, and new standards.
- Responsible for the management, coordination, evaluation, and assessment of the project department staff as per the branch office's requirements.
- Responsible for the training and development of backup talent according to the needs of the branch office and the project department.
Performance Measurement
- Able to take the initiative in work based on the actual needs of project construction and site management, with the main work meeting higher-level requirements.
- Ensure that all files, documents, and reports compiled and submitted are accurate and timely.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively, with production coordination and management in place, avoiding disputes and disorder.
- Ensure that the project contract, schedule, quality, cost, and safety environment meet company requirements, with no major work mistakes or production accidents.
- Ensure the project department's internal management is orderly, with harmonious relationships among employees, and high motivation for production and work.
