We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services related to our power generation products, including electrical and control systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for electrical and control systems related to power generation products.
- Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Travel extensively across the Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia regions to support customers and projects.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and product developments to provide informed solutions.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a task-oriented approach.
- Excellent customer service orientation and enthusiasm for power generation products.
- Experience with electrical and control systems, particularly with John Deere ECU and KDI ECU, is advantageous.
- Candidates with equivalent professional backgrounds will be considered.
