In this role, you will coordinate and optimize logistics processes between our clients and third-party providers. You will serve as the primary point of contact, collaborating closely with customers in a warehouse environment. In this position, you'll specialize in resolving issues related to customer and product support.
Responsiblities
- Liase with customer forwarders and execute system transactions for outgoing shipments and deliveries
- Preparation of reports and status updates to customer whenever necessary
- Prepare export documentation, booking and communicate via email.
- Ensure all customer’s request and enquires are fulfilled with minimal complaints/error
- Work closely with warehouse operations to ensure orders from customer are fulfilled in time for delivery
- Other duties as assigned
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel/Word
