JOB SUMMARY
This role responsibilities include overseeing curriculum reviews, program design, and delivery, as well as managing teaching staff and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards. Propose research initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the CEO in developing and implementing Inclusive Education and Well-being programs for educators.
- Recruit, monitor, and manage academic teaching staff and lecturers.
- Plan, develop, and review course and practicum handbooks, trainers' manuals, and learner guides.
- Evaluate course and trainer feedback for audits by SSG/ECDA.
- Coordination with international partners to create new courses and project planning.
- Assist in organizing the EC/English Conference/Events.
- Support and collaborate in other projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree and above in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Relevant experience in early childhood education.
- Able to lead curriculum development and educational research.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
