Job Title: Marketing Executive/Coordinator
Salary: S$4,000 to S$5,500
About the Employer:
Our client, a pioneering AI startup in Suntec City, is seeking a motivated Marketing Executive/Coordinator to join their innovative team. Specializing in AI, WEB 3.0, and blockchain technologies, the company offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects in these emerging fields. This role reports directly to the Marketing Manager and Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and track multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid ads, content).
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Manage CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and optimize marketing workflows.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance (conversion rates, CAC, ROAS).
- Maintain clean, segmented marketing and customer data.
- Support lead nurturing initiatives in collaboration with sales and product teams.
- Track marketing budgets and expenditures.
- Manage staff and community-building initiatives, focusing on growing small communities across regions.
- Assist in brand management for international expansion efforts.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing role.
- Proficient in CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Experience in marketing outsourcing for small and medium-sized companies.
- Knowledge of WEB 3.0, AI, and blockchain trends is a plus.
- Experience in staff management and community building.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
