As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will work closely with our Marketing team to execute marketing responsibilities — creating social media content, conducting market research, as well as supporting event planning efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic individual to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the design and development of marketing materials, including social media posts (i.e. image carousels, short-form videos), email newsletters and event collaterals
- Manage and update our social media accounts, including bi-weekly/monthly content calendar planning, content creation, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analysing performance metrics
- Conduct research to gather insights about industry trends, competitors, and target audiences
- Support event planning efforts, including coordinating logistics, preparing promotional materials, and assisting with event set-up and tear-down
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement

Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Business Management or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to conceptualise, design, and craft creative content that engages and informs target audiences
- Excellent critical thinking / problem solving skills, with the ability to identify key issues and develop actionable insights
- Experience with social media platforms and content creation on social media is a bonus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Creative and resourceful, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using Adobe Photoshop and digital marketing software tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Meta Business Suite is a plus
