Part Timer (Admin Role) [Chinese New Year Events]

Account Department Support:

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
  • Prepare invoices, expense reports, and financial documents.
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payments and billing inquiries.

Warehouse Management:

  • Coordinate shipments and deliveries.
  • Maintain inventory records and track stock levels.
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure efficient operations.

General Administrative Duties:

  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed
