Location: Jalan Bukit Merah (West Region)
Working Hours: 8 hours per day (Office hours)
Working Days: 5.5 days per week (Saturday is designated as a self-learning day)

Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and maintain BIM data in accordance with project requirements.
- Create and update project template files to ensure compliance with standards.
- Coordinate with other disciplines and engineers to manage and resolve clashes effectively.
- Supervise and update the current revision status of project documents.
- Compile as-built drawings upon project completion.
- Detail and document working drawings accurately.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
