As a Store Manager:
- Manage daily store operations
- Coach Store Supervisors and Assistant Managers, identify learning opportunities and concoct employee development plans
- Be responsible for the work and performance of every member of the retail team
- Train team to ensure visual merchandising and housekeeping
- Motivate and encourage the team and foster good relationships amongst team members
- Recommend improvements that can be made to optimise both sales and customer experience
- Responsible for achieving and analysing store KPIs
- Accountable for sales reporting, weekly updates and customer profile reports
- Maintain store inventory and conduct monthly stock takes
- Be accountable for standard store opening, closing and preparing cash deposits
- Recruit brilliant candidates for the retail team
