We are seeking an experienced Repair and Maintenance Engineer to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the optimal performance of our robotic systems and non-standard automation equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical maintenance and repair, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations involving mechanical failures, diagnosing and resolving issues effectively.
- Read and interpret mechanical, technical, part, and assembly drawings to understand equipment functionality and repair needs.
- Utilize common manual and electric tools for maintenance and repair tasks.
- I'd like you to work together with team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
- To accommodate business needs, be available for field maintenance and support, including overtime as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the maintenance of non-standard automation equipment.
- Proficient in reading and understanding mechanical structure drawings and technical documents.
- Familiarity with common manual and electric tools used in mechanical repair and maintenance.
- Willingness to accept field maintenance assignments, including overtime and irregular hours.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a fitter's operation certificate.
