Position Overview:
HTM is seeking a competent and proactive Technical Sales Engineer with good Technical Sales experiences in Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and Power Tool Technologies. He/she will play a pivotal role in expanding the customer base and driving revenue growth together with the Management Team.

Company Address: PAYA LEBAR SQUARE, 60 PAYA LEBAR ROAD, #07-54, S09051.
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri, 8:00am - 5:30pm).
Compensation: Basic from $1,800; Sales Comm; Phone Allowance; Transport Allowance.
Employment Duration: Permanent.
Others: Possess Class 3 Driving License.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and research potential clients and industries that align with company’s Sales of hydraulic, pneumatic, and power tool technologies.
· Generate new leads through market research, industry events, networking, and other channels.
· Develop a deep understanding of client needs and pain points to tailor sales approaches effectively.
· Provide technical expertise and consultation to clients, offering solutions and value propositions that address their specific requirements.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
· Create and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations, highlighting the benefits of company’s products and services.
· Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts and pricing while ensuring win-win outcomes for both parties.
· Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in hydraulic, pneumatic, and power tool technologies, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
· Analyse market data to identify opportunities for growth and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities with MS Office.
· Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
· Act as a liaison between clients and the company to ensure smooth project execution.
· Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
· Any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor/management.
Qualifications:
· Diploma or higher in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
· 5 years of relevant experience in technical sales in any industry.
· Good team player, good attitude, honest, discipline, positive thinking, resourceful, and a good problem solver.
· Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand and communicate hydraulic, pneumatic, and power tool technologies.
· Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
· Self-motivated with track records of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
· Proficiency in MS Office.
· Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
