Location: Pandan, West
Responsibilities
- Processing incoming orders from customers via phone, email, or online systems
- Verifying order details, pricing, and availability of products
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders
- Communicating with customers regarding order status, shipment tracking, and any issues that may arise
- Maintaining accurate records of order transactions and updating customer information in the database
- Resolving any order discrepancies or customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
- Diploma
- Min. 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Oracle business system will be advantageous
