Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
· Understanding process requirements from Technical Spec & P&ID.
· Interaction with customer for getting inputs for designing and Development of Control System.
· Preparing the flow chart, FDS / FCD, system configuration, P&ID for Instrumentation and verifying the electrical drawing.
· Developing the PLC programming, HMI / SCADA Designing as off-site development and onsite commissioning.
· Field wiring and commissioning the instrumentation such as transmitters, switches, valves and motors.
· Conducting Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and related document preparation.
· Commissioning & troubleshooting for new & existing systems & Interaction with customer for Commissioning execution.
· Involve in the installation of new Equipment’s during plant expansion.
· Carry out Equipment improvements projects and modifications.
· Manage Projects including Testing and commissioning, on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
· PLC Programming of Life Safety Systems configurations.
· Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
· Produce timely and detailed reports.
· Installing small additions and changes to existing systems.
· Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols.
Requirements:
· At least 5 years of hands-on experience in PLC & SCADA developments and Maintenance
· Hands-on experience in Siemens S7-400 CPU, Mitsubishi, Proface, Panasonic, Allen Bradley PLC’s and redundant system configuration
· Hands on experience in Wonderware ArchestrA SCADA system, WINCC and TIA Portal
· Familiar with Automation and Control engineering
· Proficiency in Profibus communication and troubleshooting
· Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or above
· Knowledge of MS Office
· Basic knowledge in Mechanics, Pneumatics and Hydraulics.
· Strong personality with a hands-on attitude.
· Ability to work rotating shift and perform overtime on weekdays & weekends.
· On call support during and after office hours.
