Job Description
- BIM modelling for architectural/structural & M & E discipline.
- Adhere to BIM execution plan and BIM project workflow.
- Prepare design/proposal drawings to specifications set by requirements.
- Prepare construction drawing and as-built drawing.
- Prepare clash detection for services and other discipline architectl/structure & M & E.
- Co-ordinate all architectural drawings and works, materials and supervisor work progress.
- Ensure drawings are being controlled and transmitted.
- Co-ordinate with Architect, Structural & M & E staff member to resolve any related problems and issues.
- Co-ordinate with supplier & sub-con and to ensure the architectural workmanship standards.
- Work out on material take-offs from all engineering drawing.
- Supervise a team of NTS & PRC workers.
- Conduct site inspection & site measurements & etc.
Job Requirements
- Familiar with BCA Conquas/QM and quality control
- Good knowledge of architectural specifications and requirements
- Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM software is an added advantage.
- Diploma in Engineering/Construction Managment/Architectural/Building with min 2 years experience in a private residential or with construction companies.
