Restaurant Management Trainee
Salary: $2600 - $3000
Job Responsibilities:
· Learn and be competent in all Front of House duties according to SOP
· Learn and be proficient on product knowledge of all items on the menu
· Deliver service level required and uphold standards on speed and accuracy of service
· Progressively master the skills to run restaurant operations
· Maintain standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety at the restaurant
· Assisting in ongoing marketing and promotions at the restaurant
· Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by your manager
Job Requirements:
· Possess a Diploma / Degree in Hospitality or related studies, or WSQ Certificate in F&B Operations / F&B Supervision / F&B Management
· Fresh graduates are welcome
· Enjoy meeting people and take pride in customer service
· Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
· Good interpersonal skills and able to perform in a team
