Junior Sous Chef / Management Trainee (Kitchen)
Salary: $2,600 - $3,000
Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the daily food preparations and duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities.
· Key responsibilities such as to work according to the menu specifications.
· Prepare the daily mise-en-place and food productions.
· Keep up to date with the new products and recipes.
· Practice cleanliness, wastage, and cost control well.
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum culinary certificate and above
· Beginners are welcome
· Good communications
· Passionate in cooking
· Keen to learn and positive attitude
· Be punctual and well disciplined
· Full of energetic & spirit
· Able to work on weekend & PH and working hours may vary in accordance to opening hours
· Weekly rotation
