- Troubleshooting and performance monitoring on network
- Setting up network, switches, routers, firewall
- Implementation and configuration of switches, routers, firewall
- Perform analysis of systems & security logs
- To detect network problems, intrusion and systems failure
- Vulnerability assessment & incident resolution
- Change and Service Request fulfilment
- Perform ticket closure and documentation
- Preventive maintenance tasks fulfilment
- Assist the Team Lead/Operations Manager
- Work independently for L1/L2 Support also as a member in the assigned projects
- Liaise with vendors, distributors & customers to resolve any technical issues
- Review and recommend procedures to manage operations efficiently
- Ensure that service quality standards are met and maintain SLA
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in network environment
- Strong knowledge of BGP/OSPF routing protocols
- Familiar with devices like Cisco, Huawei, Fortinet or Palo Alto Cisco ASA
- Experience in various firewalls
- Certification in CCNA would be an advantage
- Strong analytical, good organization skill, and team player
- Possess good communication skill
- Possess a proactive attitude and customers oriented
