Responsibilities
- Input and updata data in company databases and spreadsheets
- Verify the accuracy of data and perform corrections as needed
- Assist with filing, scanning and document management
- Respond to enquiries from stakeholders
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitie information
Requirements
- Diploma
- Proven experience in data entry and admin support roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
