- Preparing sermons by researching and writing about how to present Bible lessons to the congregation to meet their spiritual needs.
- Officiating at special occasions in the lives of the congregation.
- Helping the church ministry by attending to administrative duties.
- Host special events and guests as required
- Maintain a strong professional image reflective of the church mission
- Conduct personal and premarital counseling services
- Work with church boards and advisory councils to determine the direction of the organization
- Implement programs and events in alignment with the church's mission
