As a Sales Specialist/Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving the sales and adoption of our AI-driven smart lighting solutions for the retail industry.
Responsibilities:
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in the retail sector and generate new sales
· Follow up on sales funnel and ensure successful completion of projects with prompt customer service and satisfaction
· Plan and develop sales plans to achieve sales objectives & monthly sales target
· Manage entire sales cycle from pre-sales discussion with customers, prepare quotations, negotiate orders, contract review to post-sales support
· Develop and conduct product demonstrations, presentations and provide product knowledge to new and existing clientele
· Provide technical & sales support to key clientele like Architects, Lighting Consultants, Interior Designers and B2B customers etc
· Maintain and develop trusting long-term relationships with new and existing customers through understanding their business activity and needs
· Promote and represent the company professionally at trade exhibitions, events and product demonstrations
· Prepare reports and forecasts as and when requested by the management in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in any Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering
· Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience servicing the retail industry preferred
· Strong passion in sales and highly driven to achieve targets
· Enjoy working with a dynamic team and able to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
· Meticulous and ability to multi-task with good organisation skills
· Possess strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
· Good problem-solving skills and ability to work as a team
· Good track record in project sales and large tender preparation
