Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the GM’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan and organize travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation and apply visa.
- Ensure the GM is well-prepared for meetings with all necessary materials and information.
- Coordinate and prioritize meeting requests, ensuring optimal time management.
- Prepare, submit, and track expense reports for the GM.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming integration into the team.
- Coordinate the offboarding process, ensuring all necessary steps are completed.
- Assist in the preparation of departmental reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Provide general administrative support to the GM and the Emerging Markets team.
- Handle ad hoc requests and special assignments as needed.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiencies.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Experience in managing travel arrangements and expense reporting.
• Familiarity with onboarding and offboarding processes is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

Comfortable with purchasing lunch for Supervisor when requested
Comfortable with regular liaison with EAs from neighbouring Asian Countries
Proficient in using MS Outlook to send calendar invites and schedule appointments. Expert in using MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Seeking prior experience in travel arrangements and claims reporting (averaging 60 to 70 per month)
