What you will do:
As Sales Operations Manager, you will help the sales organization run effectively and in support of business strategies and objectives.
How you will do it:
- Build up mindset of weekly order forecasting for the month and quarter, align high level with Vertical Business Unit (VBU) leaders.
- Driving projects pipelines Pulse-check status including actionable internal/external action plans.
- Provide leading indicators to drive secure order including pipeline sufficiency, new pipeline creation, YTD win rate, Say-Do Ratio vs Plan vs outlook.
- Clear understanding deal by deal on Risk and upsides drive action tracker on steps to close a risk/upside deal with deal needed articulated.
- Forward looking pipeline margin tracking versus target margin.
- Business acumen to review secured order with business leaders & drive for results.
- Standardize performance dashboard/reports as part of project performance and operating rhythm.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of existing sales processes and identify areas open to process improvement.
- Cost optimization lead with Global Product and VBU leaders
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent by experience)
- At least 5 years related experience in Sales Operations Role/Business Operations.
- Strong sales analytical skills that enable you to lead complex projects with different stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of end-to-end business and operational processes in multi-products. engineering/construction industry
- System minded and had extensive SAP knowledge of operational processes.
