Site Supervisor
Construction - LTA project
Responsibilities:
- Assisting Project Manager and Engineer on all project site matters 协助项目经理和工程师所有现场事务
- Ensuring all works carried out meet company’s quality standards and requirements 确保进行的所有工作均符合公司的质量标准和要求
- Involved in workers’ deployment, monitoring project progress and schedule 参与工人的部署，监控项目进度
- To co-ordinate with the clients, sub-contractors on all project aspects and need be, to provide all technical and non-technical resolutions followed by documentation 为了与客户进行协调，分包商在所有项目方面都需要提供所有技术和非技术解决方案，并附上文档
- Ensuring Environmental, Safety and Health practices are carried out at all times 确保始终执行环境，安全和健康措施
- Other adhoc duties assigned from time-to-time 不时分配的其他临时职责
Requirements:
- Building Construction Safety Supervisors (BCSS) Certificate 安全督工证书
- Preferably with Diploma certificate 最好具有文凭证书
- Minimum 5 yrs supervisory experience in HDB (Improvement to Surface Carpark) 至少5年的HDB项目监督经验（改善露天停车场）/ LTA (Construction of Cycling Path Network) LTA项目监督经验 (自行车道）
- Able to read drawings and speak simple English 能够阅读图纸并说简单的英语
- Organized, meticulous with positive work attitude 有条理，一丝不苟，工作态度积极
- Good interpersonal and supervisory skills 良好的人际关系和监督能力
- Able to start work on short notice would be an advantage 能够在短时间内开始工作将是一个优势
