- Position : Inside Sales Executive
- Location: Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5 , occasionally at Cecil Street
- Working hours: 5.5 days / Monday - Friday: 9.00am to 6pm, Saturday : 9.00am to 12.30pm

Main Responsibilities:
- Able to analyse and promote new flooring and furniture range of company in the Architect and building contractor sector
- Physical or e-meetings for product presentation, study of plans, taking measurements, processing Bills of Quantities, making
- Proforma Invoices for Global clients, settlement of contractual obligations and timely furnishing of marketing details to core team for providing contracts and sales confirmation.
- Update client database and initial product intro and basic follow ups.
- Analyse and prepare monthly quantity requirement, inventory assessment and stock purchase and transfer planning along with local administration team.
- Educate customer thoroughly on company Billing and terms and conditions procedures and other contractual obligations necessary to complete the order.
- Find and review sub-contractors for material installations and other job works and give report on their job done in timely manner to the core team and also local administration team.
- Assist in tender submission with specific deadlines.
- Responsible for material order processing and cost control.
- Finalize project accounts with clients and vendors.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College in any field.
- Preference for BCA (Building and Construction Authority) or SCAL Technical license.
- Willing to take BCA or SCAL license
