Position: Sales Associate (Luxury Brand)
Basic: $2500 + Store Commission + Individual Commission
Working Location: Orchard
Job Description:
As a Sales Associate, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience to our clients. You will represent the brand’s luxury image and promote our heritage while driving sales and building lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a welcoming and professional manner.
- Understand and communicate the features and benefits of products to enhance the customer experience.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Handle transactions accurately, including cash and credit payments, and maintain a tidy sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and motivating work environment.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to effectively assist customers.
- Participate in inventory management and visual merchandising to maintain store presentation.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in luxury retail or high-end fashion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of style.
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
