Operations Assistant
Role Purpose
In this position, located in Singapore, you are part of the Hub Operations team. You will be responsible for carrying out fulfilment activities in the warehouse. Necessary labour work may be required to ensure the processing of orders is accurate and timely. Additional ad-hoc projects and tasks relating to the role may be assigned from time to time by the manager.
Your Tasks
- Conduct thorough inventory checks and inspections of new shipments.
- Pick and pack e-commerce parcels daily, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Replenish stock on shelves daily, ensuring product availability.
- Perform monthly cycle counts and stock takes to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Scan all parcels timely using the scanning machine.
- Sort parcels, bag, palletize and shrink-wrap outbound shipments to prepare them for dispatch.
- Process daily orders via in-house system, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Maintain workspace with general housekeeping.
- Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Your Profile
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office & Outlook
- Willing and capable of working in a fast setting
- Adaptability and a desire to learn
- Capable of working both independently and in a group
- Able to work during weekends / PH when required
- Practical warehouse experience in logistic industry preferred
