Position: Sales and Marketing Executive
Salary:$2,500 - $2,900
Location: Central Region
Working Hours / Days: Mon – Fri, 09.00AM to 06.00PM
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research, identify new marketing opportunities, and assist in planning and implementing of sales strategies.
- Reach out to potential leads through various channels, such as email, phone, text, and social media.
- Provide support in operations, including administrative tasks related to office, sales, and inventory management.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and customer feedback through phone calls, walk-ins, emails, and social media platforms.
- Coordinating online events, on-site trainings, exhibitions, and similar activities.
- Prepare for events and work on increasing sign-up rates through effective monitoring and outreach.
- Send reminders and follow up with participants or clients as needed.
- Maintain and update customer records and account information.
- Handle order processing, sales invoicing, and administrative filing.
Requirements:
- Possess a GCE “N” Level or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Sales, Marketing, and digital marketing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Wors, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Sales driven personnel with strong communications skills and networking skills.
