Basic: $3500 + Store Commission + Individual Commission

Job Description:
Lead daily operations, ensuring the highest standard of customer service while driving team performance. You’ll inspire and mentor staff, uphold the brand's luxury image, and create an exceptional shopping experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient team functioning.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a positive shopping environment.
- Train and develop team members, enhancing their skills and performance.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Collaborate with management on sales plans and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and security measures.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by managers.
Requirements:
- Supervisory experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service focus.
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
