Responsibilities:
- Oversees all operations, ensuring work processes are simplified, costs are reduced, and production processes run efficiently
- Set key performance indicators, develops food production standards and standard operating procedures
- Responsible for quality assurance, production or quality issues and recommends solution
- Manage manpower, equipment, raw materials and ingredient resources to meet production objectives.
- Support product quality and food safety processes to ensure that end products meet specifications and regulatory standards.
- Review regular production performance reports
Qualifications
- GCE A Level and above
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
