Job Descriptions:
Be part of the team of a prominent Japanese semiconductor distributor expanding its share worldwide:
- Be in charge of Japanese customers in Southeast Asia as Sales PIC and handle daily enquiries on quotation, delivery, quality, environmental, legal, financial, technical and other related service.
- Communicate with internal parties and customers to optimize customer satisfaction while considering company’s interest / policy and having good communication, time management problem solving to handle wide-ranging transactions and issues.
- Conduct face-to-face or online meeting with customers or internal parties to maintain good relationship, to know customers’ production trend to budget sales amount or to discuss daily topics.
- Make an effort to avoid or clear long term inventory and update the status in various internal tools.
- Some Business trips will be required, whenever assigned, to visit our overseas customers.
- To be engaged in the Company’s expansion into new business sectors that is beyond semiconductor distribution.
Qualification & Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Basic knowledge of Electrical & Electronics Engineering will be beneficial
- Japanese language proficiency (N2 or above) or if not sufficient yet, willing to skill up
- Working experiences in semiconductor or electronics (min 2-3 years) or strong Japanese educational background or/and working experience in Japan
- Good communication skills with pleasant personality to work in team
- Good analytical skills with meticulous attitude, logical thinking & problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and experiences with ERP system like Oracle/SAP
- Knowledge of Incoterms, export/import & logistics (warehouse/forwarding) will be advantageous
