- Manage end to end recruitment projects, develop talent pipelines and work with business leaders, hiring managers and HR team
- Lead and develop the recruitment strategy
- Manage on-site activity of agencies representatives supporting recruitment of contract workers and manage relationship with agencies and other vendors.
- Lead and develop campus recruiting strategies
- Develop professional relationships with leaders and managers
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in HR or Business related courses or above
- Minimum 2 years of talent acquisition experience in pharma or medical device MNC will be beneficial
- Able to start immediate
