Position Overview:
- The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing the implementation of electrical systems for new-build residential and commercial projects. The role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that designs are compliant, efficient, and meet the highest industry standards. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electrical systems for greenfield residential and commercial projects, including power distribution, lighting, and communication systems.
- Prepare electrical schematics, layouts, calculations, and specifications to meet project requirements and local regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure electrical systems are seamlessly integrated.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure installation aligns with design specifications, safety codes, and quality standards.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets related to electrical engineering work.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and sustainable electrical design practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, particularly in greenfield residential and commercial building projects.
- Strong proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Knowledge of electrical codes, sustainability standards, and energy-efficient designs.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
