Job Description
• Managing the school's ICT resources, including inventory and
asset management, maintenance of ICT equipment, replacement
and condemnation of ICT equipment, and loaning of ICT
equipment.
• Updating information on the school website and school portals.
• Managing and maintaining non-SSOE equipment and devices,
e.g. Chromebooks, MacBooks, Windows laptops, projectors and
visualisers.
• Managing and monitoring students' usage of Chromebooks in the
school and maintaining whitelist/blacklist via DMA software.
• Providing first-line technical support for students' Chromebook
devices and liaising with vendors for repair/collection.
• Providing support for AVA/IT/Live-stream setup during school
functions/events.
• Providing ad hoc technical support to staff in the school when
necessary.
• Conducting ad hoc IT training for staff and students (when
required).
• Conducting stock-taking for all ICT resources (equipment and
software) twice yearly.
• Performing any other ICT-related administrative or operational
duties as required.
