Lead Functional Consultant - Finance
About the Job
As a candidate for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate certification, you're a functional consultant or a business user with a deep understanding on Finance management You have experience configuring and implementing Dynamics 365 Finance to meet the needs of your organization. You're a key resource who works with developers, solution architects, project managers, and functional consultants in finance, commerce, and manufacturing.
You will Need
· Bachelor’s Degree (B, Com) Or Master’s Degree in Finance.
- 7+ years of experience as a subject matter expert in Microsoft Dynamics AX/F&O.
- Experience in developing functional specifications for Dynamics AX enhancements and integrations
- Experience with setup, configuration, implementation, integration, and testing of AX solutions using best practices implementation methodology and/or Microsoft Sure Step methodology
- Extensive experience in core financial modules like AP, AR, GL, FA, and Projects
- Experience in design and creating test scenarios, functional test cases and User acceptance testing
· Excellent communication and relationship building skills, excellent problem solving and analytical skills, knowledge in integration applications, base workflows/security settings. .
· Experience in the DMF for transferring inventory / master data.
What You Need to Do?
· Understand customer business, analyze, and document the requirements.
· Create functional requirement and functional design for customizations.
· Create Solution design to address client business, interface, and performance requirements.
· Trains users on new processes and product.
· Excellent time management and organizational skills.
· Configure AX to suite the customer requirements.
· Blueprint document & Fit-Gap analysis and conduct User Training.
· Prepare functional specifications to address process gaps.
· To configure application, analyze and upload the data.
· Perform System Testing and maintain Process/Test documents.
· Interact with customers /Stakeholders at Customer site to understand any challenges.
· Collaborate with technical team to provide simulation and track resolution of issues.
· Monitor issues through Ticket tracking system and ensure ticket closure within SLA.
