Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of our SAP environment.
Key duties include system installations, configurations, upgrades, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
The role requires strong technical expertise in SAP BASIS and excellent problem-solving skills, especially in the areas of SAP printer/output device management.
The role also requires administration of non-netweaver SAP applications such as SAP Convergent Charging, SAP Convergent Mediation, SAP BusinessObjects, OpenText for SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
• Output Devices (Printers) administration in SAP systems.
• Understanding and creation of firewall rules in the template.
• Install, configure, and upgrade SAP systems and components.
• Perform SAP system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Manage SAP HANA database administration and maintenance.
• Implement and support SAP security policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with other IT teams for infrastructure support.
• Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.
• Provide end-user support and training as needed.
