Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Daily deployment of drivers and crews
- Assist with daily planning of days and nights routes and CRM bin deliveries
- Conduct site visits and attend complaints from public and clients
- Carry out accident investigation, accident reporting and any other related issues
- Conduct Toolbox Briefing
- Checking of vehicles and ensure all are in proper working condition before deployment
- Monitoring of crews’ discipline and attendance
- Compiling and monitoring of sector tonnages
- Route auditing and reporting of excess refuse
- Supervising crews/vehicle movement and routes
- Assist manning customer relations
- Reporting and Follow-up with Town Councils / NEA
- Co-ordinate logistics matter on special projects
- Working together with HSE Team and assist with the maintenance of the overall depot safety and movements within
- Working with Fleet Management on Vehicle planning issue for inspection and etc
- Upkeep of company assets including vehicle, first aids & spill kits
- Perform coverage of duty when there’s shortage of manpower (driver / crew)
Qualification, Skills and Experience
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years’ experience in Logistics /Operations Management
- Preferably with own transport
- Proficient in Microsoft office application
- Preferably with Class 4 license
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- May be required to stay communicated after office hours due to operational requirements when necessary
- Able to work on weekends on a rotational basis
