He/she is required to understand each facet of the business and begin to think strategically for the front of house. Individual must have high emotional intelligence, the ability to build strong relationships, grit, energy, attention to detail, and a strong passion to see the business succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Execute our lead generation plan, meeting or exceeding activity targets.
- Complete basic training to understand products and marketing for effective user acquisition.
- Enhance customer acquisition through in-person interactions.
- Manage and oversee campaigns and events.
