Attachment Description
This position reports to the director. He/she will take responsibility for the business performance, plan and analyze sales levels and profitability, also responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating all sales and marketing strategies for the company, also assist in the development and implementation of business plan, sales and marketing plan.
Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
- Responsible for all marketing and sales activities
- Plan and execute sales and marketing plan
- Ensure prompt response rate to customer enquiries and other business needs
- Provide enthusiastic and friendly service and develop relationship with customers
- Plan and execute content strategy
- Performs related duties and projects as assigned by the director
Technical Skills and Competencies
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and the ability to have productive conversations with all parties involved.
- Develop a sales strategy, plan and targets, consider market potential, industry trends and various internal and external business factors.
- Manage, maintain and grow the sales and relationships with a specific customer or set of accounts
- Devise customer behaviour analysis tools and approaches and perform analysis on information pertaining to customer behaviours.
