JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for accepting inbound calls and enquiries in a competent, courteous, efficient manner and be the proactive point of contact for customers
CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- To answer all customer telephone and enquiries accurately, consistently, and with confidence within agreed service time.
- Deal competently with customer complaints and take all possible action to resolve problems in a professional and customer-focused manner so to achieve customers’ full satisfaction.
- Using on-line systems to access data to answer customer enquiries within agreed service time.
- To take customer bookings for all products and services and accurately enter relevant booking data into the computer system, always offering the most suitable products and services to the customer.
- Provide technical information when required.
- Highlight opportunities and suggest solutions to improve work procedures, technology, and service.
- Maintain statistics for complaints & enquiries.
