Service Coordinator

  • Location: Kaki Bukit (Office)
  • Working hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mon - Fri)
  • Salary: $2,200 to $2,800 (depends on exp)

Job Scope:

  • Answering service calls
  • Co-ordination works between suppliers, client and service team
  • Scheduling appointments for all service calls and maintenance work
  • Quotation for service works, maintenance and following up on the status
  • Procurement for service works and maintenance related equipment once confirm
  • Do filing for all service-related documents
  • Receiving of goods
  • Consolidating service/maintenance report for submission
  • Checking and replying email daily
  • Monthly Report on Billings for Management's Review
  • Direct reporting to Project Director for daily paper works, co-ordination and other assigned jobs.

Requirements:

  • Able to work overtime when require.
  • Able to start work immediate or within short notice
