Job Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests, confirm reservations, and guide them to their seats.
- Record and manage phone or online reservations, ensuring accuracy of booking details.
- Handle customer billing, operate the cash register proficiently, and manage various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and electronic payments.
- Accurately record daily transaction information to ensure clear and error-free accounts.
- Work closely with service staff to ensure guests receive timely service.
- Promptly and professionally address and resolve guest complaints or issues.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in cashiering and serving is preferred, but training will be provided for newcomers.
- Ability to handle accounts accurately and avoid errors.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to communicate with customers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
