Job Description and Requirements
- Set out marketing plans and implementation action plans on the company's range of products with primary objective of retaining existing clients and penetrating new corporate relationships.
- Increasing market share and maximising profitability within framework of the company's overall strategic plan.
- Execute, Implement marketing plans and strategies.
- Coordinate properties viewing arrangement with current tenants and potential clients and showcase property features to potential clients.
- Prepares sales documents (quotation, service agreement and invoice) to be vetted by HOD before forwarding to clients. To follow up on timely payment from Client.
- Coordinate guests check in/0ut process with other relevant departments.
- Handles clients complaint and feedback. Target to resolve issues raised, with consultation with superior in order to maintain exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with corporate or individual clients, travel agencies, an other key stakeholders to secure business partneship.
- Monitor market trends, other competitor activities.
- Update and monitor social medial platform and OTA/booking platforms. Digital marketing.
- Monitor and manages from inventory and prices to optimize occupancy and revenue
- Assists with operational exigencies and longer work hours may be required from time to time.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in marketing sales
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of market research and analysis techniques
- Proficency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Must have knowledge of Little Hotelier
- Knowledge of Myob system and Xerox
