Job Description
As a Regional Media Manager, you will be working closely with local media teams to drive the strategic priorities
& operational excellence across the region.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Client & Market Insights: Understand client objectives, business environments, and regional market trends to provide actionable insights. Leverage these insights to drive acquisition and lead generation strategies that align with both local market dynamics and broader business goals.
- Cross-Market Collaboration: Coordinate with remote teams and performance specialists across markets to ensure consistent execution of media plans. Share best practices across markets to optimize performance.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze media performance across different SEA markets, using data to make recommendations for strategy refinement. Ensure media deliverables are met on time, within budget, and aligned with clients' goals in each market.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor local team counterpart, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to execute media plans effectively. Encourage cross-market knowledge sharing and development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of media planning experience; preferably with prior experience working on Global
- Network Clients either at a global or regional level
- Self-motivated and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptive, flexible and able to work with people from different backgrounds and cultures
- A keen interest to learn and understand the digital ecosystem
- Familiar with the timelines, processes and needs of the implementation of all media
- Knowledgeable about new approaches to and developments in digital tactical planning
- Ability to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressur
- Supervisory skills
- Technical proficiency, particularly with media systems and MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
