Job Responsibilities:
- Meet, greet and lead customers to their seats
- Accountable for the smooth running of designated area
- Replenish cutleries as and when necessary
- Ensure that tables under have the correct cutleries and table settings
- Serve food and beverage orders
- Reset tables after use (i.e. clear and remove soiled dishes)
- Adhere to the standards operations procedures and suggest improvements to the superiors
- Maintain consistent best-in-class service and good hygiene standards
- Maintain good work performance and professional grooming standards
- Monitor quality of all food and beverage items served
- Attend all pre-service meetings/roll-call
- Provide a courteous and professional service at all times
- Undertake any other related task/duty/assignment that may be given by the superior

- Should be courteous and present yourself with a pleasant attitude.
